Three simple phrases, but for Blossom, they have always meant far more than words printed onto clothing.
They represent the kind of reminders we sometimes need to carry with us- on the days when we feel confident and completely ourselves, but perhaps even more importantly, on the days when we don’t.
Blossom has always been about creating clothing with meaning. Pieces you choose because you love how they look and feel, but that can also become attached to a feeling, a memory or a version of yourself.
And these three little reminders sit at the very heart of that.

There is sometimes a misconception that kindness means softness in the wrong sense of the word- that being compassionate, sensitive or deeply caring makes you less strong.
We believe the opposite.
A Kind Heart is about choosing empathy in a world that doesn’t always make that easy. It’s caring about the people around you, celebrating other people’s wins and treating yourself with some of that same compassion too.
Because kindness shouldn't stop when it comes to the way we speak to ourselves.
It can be easy to offer patience to a friend while expecting perfection from ourselves. To remind someone else that they're doing their best while quietly believing our own best isn't enough.
So Kind Heart is a reminder to extend that kindness in both directions.
To others and to yourself.
Strong Mind
Strength doesn’t always look like confidence.
Sometimes it looks like getting through a difficult day.
Changing direction.
Trying again.
Asking for help.
Setting a boundary.
Or simply continuing when things haven't worked out in quite the way you imagined.
A Strong Mind isn't about being positive all the time or pretending difficult things don't affect us. It's about recognising that strength can exist alongside uncertainty.
You can doubt yourself and still move forward.
You can feel overwhelmed and still be capable.

Being fierce doesn't have to mean being the loudest person in the room. Sometimes fierceness is quiet.
It can be choosing the life that feels right for you even when it looks different from somebody else's.
It can be backing yourself.
Starting again.
Taking the risk.
Walking away from something that no longer fits.
Or allowing yourself to become someone different from who you used to be.
A Fierce Soul is about holding onto that sense of self through every version of you.
Why these words became part of Blossom
Blossom started with something deeply personal.
My dad always called me Blossom. It was one of those small things that probably wouldn't have meant very much to anyone else, but to me it represented the way he believed in me.
When I doubted myself, he reminded me of what I was capable of.
Over time, the word Blossom came to represent that feeling- being encouraged to keep growing, even when you don't necessarily feel strong or certain of yourself.
When I created the brand, I wanted to carry a little of that feeling forward.
Not by creating clothing covered in motivational phrases for the sake of it, but by designing meaningful clothing that could quietly carry a reminder with it.
Something you genuinely want to wear first.
And something that means a little more once you do.
That is where Kind Heart. Strong Mind. Fierce Soul. came from.
More than words on a sweatshirt
Clothes become part of our lives in ways we don't always notice.
There's the hoodie you reach for when you need comfort.
The sweatshirt you wore throughout a particular chapter of your life.
The T-shirt that somehow becomes your T-shirt- washed countless times, taken on trips and pulled out whenever you don't know what else to wear.
The pieces we love most often become connected to memories.
That's what makes the idea of reminders you wear so important to Blossom.
The meaning doesn't need to be obvious to everybody else.
Perhaps nobody notices the words at all.
What matters is what they mean to the person wearing them.
