These Terms of Service apply to your use of blossomfashion.co.uk and to purchases made from Blossom.
Blossom is the trading name of Blossom Etc Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Company number: 14347643
Registered office: Unit 2 Croft Court, Croft Lane, Temple Grafton, Alcester, England, B49 6PW

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights that you have as a consumer.
Our website
We aim to make sure the information on our website is accurate, clear and up to date.
We may occasionally need to correct errors, update information or make changes to products, prices, availability or website content.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting and the display settings of your device.
Products
We provide information about each product on the relevant product page, including details such as materials, colour, sizing, fit and care where applicable.
Please read the product information carefully before placing your order.
Some Blossom pieces may be printed, embroidered or produced in small batches. Minor variations may occur between individual garments where these are a natural result of the materials or production process.
This does not affect your legal rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by law.
Under UK consumer law, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website in the currency selected.
The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges and taxes that we are required to collect, will be shown before you complete your order.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
You must provide accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.
Preorders
Some Blossom products may be sold on a preorder basis.
Where a product is a preorder, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
The product page will also provide an estimated production or dispatch timeframe.
Payment is taken when the preorder is placed.
Preorder timings are estimates based on the information available to us at the time of purchase. If there is a significant unexpected delay, we will contact you with an update and explain any options available to you.
Where a longer delivery period has been clearly agreed with you for a preorder, that agreed timeframe will apply. Otherwise, UK online-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.
Purchasing an item by preorder does not remove your statutory cancellation or return rights.
Please see our Shipping, Delivery & Preorders Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
Delivery
Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@blossomfashion.co.uk. We will try to amend the address where possible, although we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.
Unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Please see our Shipping, Delivery & Preorders Policy for further information.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
If you purchase from us online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Once you notify us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Full information about returns, refunds, faulty goods and cancellations is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.
Sale items
Products purchased at a reduced price are still subject to your statutory consumer rights.
A sale or promotional price does not remove your legal rights in relation to eligible online cancellations or faulty goods.
Gift cards
Gift cards may be available for purchase through our website.
Gift cards:
- may only be redeemed through Blossom unless otherwise stated;
- cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law;
- must be used in accordance with any terms displayed at the time of purchase; and
- remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
Any expiry date or additional conditions will be clearly stated before purchase where applicable.
Promotions and discount codes
From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotions or special offers.
These may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one promotional code may be used per order; and
- promotions may be withdrawn or amended where reasonably necessary.
Any change will not affect a completed order that has already formed a binding contract.
Promotions will be presented transparently and will not be used to mislead customers about prices or savings. UK online sellers must be clear and transparent about promotions and the total price payable.
Reviews and customer content
You may be able to submit reviews, photographs or other content through our website or related services.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- it is your own content or you have permission to share it;
- it does not infringe another person's rights; and
- it is not unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading.
We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate.
We will not remove genuine negative reviews simply because they are negative.
Where we wish to use a customer photograph or other identifiable customer content in Blossom marketing, we will seek the appropriate permission.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website is owned by or licensed to Blossom Etc Limited.
This includes, where applicable:

You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Acceptable use of the website
You must not knowingly use the website:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to transmit malicious software or harmful code;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- to obtain unauthorised access to systems or information; or
- in a way that infringes the rights of Blossom or another person.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Website availability
We aim to keep our website available and operating properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may occasionally suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any consumer rights or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
UK businesses cannot use consumer terms to avoid responsibility for faulty goods, goods that are not as described, or other statutory consumer rights.
If you purchase products from Blossom as a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided through our website's privacy and cookie settings.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or legal requirements.
Any updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
The Terms that apply to your purchase will be those in force when your order is placed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory rights you have under the laws applicable where you live and may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that part of the United Kingdom.
If you are located outside the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under local law.
